One of three large-scale, temporary, creative spaces co-ordinated by Liverpool Biennial in the Liverpool neighbourhoods of Kirkdale, Garston and Kensington. Each community is programming events and activities to celebrate the possibilities offered by these dynamic spaces
Garston Cultural Village and artist Michael Trainor have worked together to transform Garston into the Artistic Republic of Garston, turning the disused school on Wellington Street into Garston's Cultural Embassy. The Garston Embassy is completed with palm trees, fountain, sculpture garden and a balcony of waving dignitaries that appear daily.
The installation comes to life for 5 minutes on the hour every hour.
The Pavilion will be open to the public every Friday and Saturday from 1pm -5pm over the summer months
