Family Friendly at Parklands Library

We went to Parklands Library in Speke over the Easter Holidays for four whole afternoons filled with family fun!

The week was filled with taster sessions of some of the activities and workshops you can enjoy at family friendly venues around Merseyside. There was music making with FACT; craft activities with National Museums Liverpool; dressing up in costumes from Everyman and Playhouse theatres; shadow puppet making with Unity, plus activities from TATE and the Biennial. Most importantly, you even got the chance to meet SpongeBob SquarePants himself!

It was a fantastic week and everyone had a lot of fun - check out our pictures to see it for yourself!

There will be another Family Friendly stall at BBC Radio Merseyside as part of National Family Week.
